We are currently leasing 3 Bed/ 2 Bath Units!! We are income-restricted, Pet Friendly, and we accept Idaho Housing Vouchers!!
The rent is $1179 per month. The deposit is $300 (OAC). Come to the office to fill out an application and bring a $35 money order for each adult over the age of 18 in the household! Hours are 9am- 3pm Mon- Fri. (appointments can be made for outside of those hours! Just call the office to schedule! )
