👨‍👦 Father & Son Day at the Zoo 🦁

In a world full of distractions, sometimes the most important thing we can give each other is our time.

Join Trident Security for Father & Son Day at the Idaho Falls Zoo on Saturday, June 27, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This free community event is designed to create opportunities for fathers and sons to connect, share conversations, and make lasting memories together.

Throughout the zoo, father-son teams will follow a scavenger hunt-style adventure, stopping at stations where they will answer bonding questions and collect keywords along the way.

🎟 FREE admission for one father and one son
👨‍👦 Open to fathers and sons of all ages
🦒 Interactive scavenger hunt throughout the zoo
💬 Meaningful conversation prompts at each station
🎁 The first 20 teams to collect all 5 keywords will receive a prize package

We’re at the halfway point of our home renovation. 😳

We’re tired, but proud to say……

Mission: Renovate Casa de los Hammon,”—despite our adventurous, temporary main floor relocation to the garage and basement (not to mention our broke-down VW Bug) is waaaaaay ahead of schedule and currently under budget. 🤟🏻

And, yes, we’re still happily married. 😉 Whew! 😃

Seriously though, the last five years has taken A LOT of motivation and discipline to slowly build Oakenstone Properties, LLC.💪🏻

We’re building our legacy, and couldn’t be more humbled and grateful for those who have joined us on this joyfully chaotic journey.

Thank you for trusting us. It’s been a pleasure to serve you—our customers, clients, friends, family, and colleagues.

🎉WE HAVE CRITICALITY!

On June 4, 2026, at around 12:30 MDT, Antares Nuclear’s Mark-0 microreactor achieved initial criticality at Idaho National Laboratory.

It is the first nuclear test reactor to go critical under the U.S. Department of Energy's Reactor Pilot Program. Data gathered from the test will help validate the nuclear fundamentals and instrumentation and control of the company’s advanced reactor design and provide a fast-tracked approach to future commercial licensing activities.

The demonstration was conducted in partnership with DOE and INL, with support from BWX Technologies, Inc. (BWXT) and the U.S. Department of War.

The Reactor Pilot Program was created in June 2025 to reform reactor testing at DOE in response to President Trump’s Executive Order 14301, which set a goal of achieving criticality for at least three test reactors using the DOE authorization process by July 4, 2026.
