What’s wrong with this roof?
The lower left area covers a patio and the slope istoo shallow for shingles. The valley collects rain water and directs it onto the area over the patio. The rain water seeps under the shingles and causes leakage and rot. The roof over the patio was a poorly designed addition. A different roofing material should have been used for the patio roof.
