DOM (Days on Market) is the number of days between a property listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and when the seller signs a contract with the buyer. A low Average DOM means that the market is good for sellers, while a high Average DOM means that the market is good for buyers. Days on Market is also affected by the time of year as people generally tend to sell their houses more in the spring and summer than in the winter. That means right now is a great time to act!
