My 5 favorite spots in Mapleview.

The kitchen is first for me. You’ve got the island, the walk-in pantry, the cabinet space, and a layout that makes sense whether it’s a normal dinner night or people are gathered around before heading outside.

The front room is next. It sits right off the entry with big windows, a fireplace, and enough separation from the kitchen and main living areas to feel like a calmer place to sit, read, play music, or have a conversation.

Then the owner’s suite bath. The soaking tub, tiled shower, and double vanity give that room a little more of a retreat feel without needing to over-explain it.

Downstairs, the movie room is an easy one to remember. Theater seating, surround sound, projector screen, and space for late games, and movie nights.

And the covered patio ties a lot of it together — shade, room to sit, space for the grill, and a clear view of how much outdoor space comes with this 0.74-acre lot.
