I was born and raised in Jackson Hole, Wy, and began my commercial real estate career in 2015. Before that, I worked passively with personal residential real estate investments since 2011. I was also a Commercial Fire and Security Alarm Designer with a master low-voltage license in the State of Wyoming up to 2015. I spent the first years of commercial brokering working within Idaho Falls and pract

icing general real estate. My involvement included working with buyers and sellers for local commercial buildings, Tenant leasing representation, and Landlord leasing representation. This practice laid an extensive foundation for moving into investment real estate. During my early career, notable clients I worked with included Staples, Hub International, Edward Jones, Natural Grocer, Wendy's Corporate, and DaVita Dialysis. I also worked with several Multi-family, Single-family home developers, and local businesses. Today, I specialize in Mobile Home Community dispositions and acquisitions in the North West as well as other investment real estate. I hold licenses in multiple Mountain West states, and I'm a Managing Broker at my firm. I hold a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager), a highly sought-after professional achievement that less than 6% of commercial real estate professionals receive. This experience has provided me with a well-rounded understanding of acquisition, management, and disposition.
