My go to these days are a classic French 75- Gin, Lemon, Simple syrup, and Champagne.

1 oz. Gin (I prefer Hendricks)
1-2 Tbsp Lemon (fresh squeezed)
1 Tbsp Simple Syrup
2 oz. Brut Champagne

There is NOTHING our team cannot do for you. The odds were against us here…

- A seller not wanting a contingent offer
- Buyers that ONLY wanted this one house
- A listing to prep that required MANY moving pieces

No surprise here, got it done. She secured the escrow on the buy side for her sellers, got the house prepped and on the market within 48 hours of acceptance, and then had to find a buyer for the sellers home within 14 days… NO BIG DEAL.

Well not only did Juliette put all the right strategies in place, she secured a buyer for the property over asking price within 24 hours of listing with multiple offers as backups.

Congrats on your escrows Juliette and way to seriously work on behalf of your clients.

If there is one word to sum up this trip, it was inspiration. The colors, textures, culture, food, people, and experience was beyond anything we could have imagined (so was the sunburn 😂).

We are officially CLOSED on our latest Imperial Beach listing! In a market unlike any other, it is super important to have a strategy to meet your clients goals. While we experienced plenty of bumps along the road, at the end of the day we were able to bring it to the finish line. Where many others would not have known how to navigate so many hurdles, I am so proud of how stepped up to the challenge when times got tough. When I left my corporate job in 2021 I was so fearful of leaving behind the benefits, the “stable” pay, the growth opportunity and frankly leaving and going in any other direction was made to feel like there was nothing better out there.

Little did I know the blessings that would come from being an entrepreneur. Our business has grown and shifted in ways I could have never imagined. This is ALL due to the referrals from our friends and trusted community.
