Tom Ferry 🌎 Success Summit 2026 is officially in the books, this is something, as the broker for the team that I look forward to every year, not only for the new tools the team gets to learn and apply to their business, but also a brief getaway for all of us to grow closer as a team. This one was extra special because it was the first year Stephanie Soto | Imperial Valley Realtor® got to join and see exactly how intense this conference is. Also, it was another 4 agents on the teams first time attending!
Looking back to 6 years ago when Grounded Real Estate officially opened, I couldn’t imagine exactly where we would be at this point, but wow, I am blown away with the comradery that has been built throughout this team. I am so proud of every agent, their accomplishments and look forward to how Summit will set them up to pick their line to finish off 2026 strong. Just know that as much as you’re willing to pour into your business, I’ll be right beside you ensuring you hit your goals you have set for yourself. Cheers to a great Summit 2026 🥂
