Progress in 2021

If you haven't visited Red Oaks Valley recently, you've missed a ton of changes. In just one year, we have sold 21 new dream home lots to residents of Jefferson County. The first neighbors moved in by Christmas, and the second home is almost complete. 8 owners have started preparing the ground for construction this year!

Red Oaks Valley was a beehive of activity over the weekend. The owners of lots 7, 26, and 30 were all working on their lots on Saturday and it looked like they had some friends helping. Lot 22 has a lot of recent work. The home on lot 9 is nearly complete. Lot 10 has a new driveway and clearing and the owners of lot 16 got moved in before Christmas. Concrete was being poured Monday on lot 26. If you have not seen Red Oaks Valley recently you need to take a drive and see it again.

Thanks for everyone who came out a few weeks ago - we had several hikers, a few people deciding, and a new neighbor!



The best way to see your future homesite is a multi-step approach. First, we like to see an aerial view to get an understanding of the general location and topography of the property. Then, driving through the subdivision will give you more hints how it lays, and where your dream home would go. Lastly, the best way is to get out of the car, and actually hike the land.



We are having another open house this weekend to help all of those who couldn't make it last time, or who want to take a short break and hike through the woods.
