Every job has its pros and cons, but I think real estate is one of the most misunderstood careers out there.
As Realtors, we only get paid if a deal closes. That means we don’t get paid for the hours spent showing homes, negotiating contracts, creating marketing materials, taking calls, coordinating inspections and appraisals, writing offers, and handling all the countless details in between.
Of course, this is the career we chose, but it’s not always as glamorous as people make it seem. It takes a lot of time, hard work, and dedication behind the scenes.
But despite the challenges, we wouldn’t trade it for anything. We truly love what we do. 🫶🏻
