As the year comes to an end, it's a time for reflection and gratitude. We feel incredibly blessed to call Incline Village our home, surrounded by the stunning beauty of Lake Tahoe and the majestic Sierra Mountains. But most importantly, we're grateful for the joy of spending time with our loved ones around the dinner table. Nine 47 Tahoe is thrilled to announce SMC Construction Company of Reno, Nevada, has been selected to build our luxurious 40-unit residential condominium community in tax-friendly Incline Village, Nevada.

SMC is licensed in Nevada, California, and Utah. Completed projects within the Northern Nevada region include the Edgewood Tahoe Resort Lodge in Stateline, ArrowCreek Clubhouse in Reno, Mountainside at Northstar Luxury Townhomes in Truckee, Zalanta Resort at the Village in South Lake Tahoe, and the Marriot Timber Lodge in South Lake Tahoe.

Approved! We're thrilled to announce the Washoe County Board of Commissioners and the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency approved an amendment to the Tahoe Area Plan in Incline Village's Special Area 1, giving Nine 47 Tahoe the green light to move forward with our plans to break ground in May 2024!
