Today's Notice of Default list for Washoe County Nevada. NOD list is pretty slime due to SB 284 which requires banks to provide a complete chain of title prior to filing a NOD - more on that later in the week.

Today's daily Douglas County Notice of Sale List is pretty slim with only one home...this has been pretty common lately and is due to SB 284 which is a Nevada law which makes it so that the banks have to show complete proof of title before they can file a notice of default. I will be blogging about this later in the week for now here is your list.
