Clay Durr says: Bob is without doubt the best, hardest working RE professional I have ever known, and I was once a broker myself. It took us a year to sell, but that wasn't Bob's fault. He was there every day and doing open houses on the weekends, blowing snow in the winter, blowing pine needles in the summer. He anticipated every problem and took care of every detail, frequently writing checks himself to get things done. Sold in 2015: 198 Country Club Dr. Unit 41 in the Country Club Villas free standing condominium complex. With 2,108 sq.ft. and 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths this is a beautifully maintained free standing condominium in the desirable inter-circle of the Country Club Villas development. This home was listed on 6/16 and in escrow on 7/21. We achieved 96% of the asking price of $955,000. I represented the seller.

Did you know—The name “Tahoe” comes from a mispronunciation of the Washoe Native American name for Lake Tahoe, “da ow a ga”, which means “edge of the lake." This is Sand Harbor on the Nevada side, taken from the Flume Trail.
