This means you buy a house for $630,000 (average home sale in Reno last month) you put down 20% ($126,000) so you are financing $504,000 over 30 years. Your monthly payment is around $3,156/month (without HOA and utilities). Lowest it's been in awhile!! Let's buy a home! 🏠
