Pickleball may have won this round… but I still get to show off one of my favorite Incline Village amenities.

For those who haven’t been, Burnt Cedar Beach is a crown jewel of Incline Village. We’re talking lakefront and beautiful grassy area seating, heated pool with slide, volleyball, BBQ’s, snack bar (yes Poolside Paloma) and views that make you forget about your sports injuries.

Living here means having this incredible private amenity right in your backyard. It’s not just about the homes, it’s the lifestyle, the access, and the everyday places that make Incline Village feel different.

Washington just signed a new 9.9% “Millionaire Tax”, and it has high net worth individuals concerned about their bottom line.

if you’ve been following the news out of Olympia, you know things are changing. Starting in 2028, high income earners in Washington will see a near 10% tax on taxable income over $1M.

It’s a tough pill to swallow when you’ve worked hard to build your portfolio. But here in Nevada, the conversation is different. 0% state income tax, 0% tax on corporate shares, a favorable overall tax climate, plus access to places like Lake Tahoe and the mountains of Northern Nevada.

I’m seeing more clients from the PNW look at Incline Village, Tahoe, Reno and Northern Nevada, not just for the tax breaks, but for the peace of mind. It’s about keeping more of what you earn while waking up to views of Lake Tahoe every morning.
