📊 KC Real Estate Market Update - Week Ending June 5th

Summer is here and the Kansas City market is not slowing down. This was one of the biggest weeks we have seen all year!

Here is the breakdown:
🏡 1,197 homes listed, up 43% from the week prior
✅ 1,142 homes sold, up 14%
💰 Average sold price: $417,379, up 1%
⏳ Average days on market: 39 days
📋 903 homes pending, up 6%
📉 740 price reductions, up 13%
Over 1,100 homes sold in a single week in Kansas City.

Inventory is up big, sales are up big, and buyer demand is keeping pace. The market is healthy and active heading into the heart of summer.

For sellers the window is still strong but with more competition hitting the market every week, pricing and presentation matter more than ever. For buyers there are more options available right now than we have seen in months so if you have been waiting for more inventory this is your moment.
