Remember this one?

This property went under contract so quickly we barely had a chance to get it on the market. What followed was a journey with a few unexpected hurdles, a lot of patience, persistence, and plenty of work behind the scenes.

But we kept moving forward, working through each hurdle as it came, and today we finally get to say SOLD! 🎉
