In consideration of the blizzard/snow storm approaching our area, please be aware our office hours may be impacted; resulting in delayed openings, early closure and/or being closed entirely. As a policy we follow the closing and/or delay schedule of the Jackson county government.
In the event you experience a maintenance emergency (which is defined as “potential harm to a person or property”) call our maintenance line.
We will plow our driveways, as a policy and in response to normal snow fall of two (3) inches or more. Because of the excessive snow it may take several hours to complete our property. In the event of heavy snowfall, removal efforts may take the better part of a day. Please note that snow removal will not start until Monday, November 26th, 2018
Every effort will be made to treat the sidewalks and entrances within our community with salt or calcium chloride, it’s important to note that these products do not instantly melt ice and their effectiveness is limited when temperatures drop below 20 degrees. We urge you to take care and be mindful that slippery ice and snow may exist.
We do recommend that residents purchase their own shovel and ice melt to have on hand. Feel free to contact the leasing office with any questions or concerns you may have.
