UNDER CONTRACT TIMES THREE! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Two of the three of these have kept me BUSY, and I have been busting my b***y behind the scenes to get them where they needed to be. From showings to negotiations, questions on questions, inspection issues, alll the details, paperwork, text and calls, and all the little things nobody sees, there has been a LOT of work happening behind the scenes. And I am here for it ALL! VA and FHA are a different breed, but I WILL FIGURE IT OUT! And now we are about to close! This is all part of real estate I love, watching it all come together for my clients.

Finally over here getting to share more on some of my favs! Somehow the Paschalls keep making me cry. 🥹🫶🏻
Since my last post, after selling their first home, it was off to the races to find the one where their next chapter would begin. Little did we know what that chapter would hold!

The house was perfect. The excitement was real. And the moment I’ll never forget….
I looked at Maddie and jokingly asked, “Are you pregnant?” Due to her reactions to some things, and none of us knew.

Fast forward to our final walk-through. We were standing in what would become their new home when the tears started flowing after the sellers left them a sweet gift… and now this house gets to be the place where they bring home their newest little love.

There is nothing better than getting a front row seat to life’s biggest moments. From teaching Ross years ago… to helping them buy their first home… to selling that home… and now handing them the keys to the home where their family is growing!

This is why I love what I do. It’s never just about the house. It’s about the life that happens inside of it.

Congratulations, Ross, Maddie, lil Jack, and your sweet new little blessing on the way. Thank you for trusting me with another incredible chapter of your story. I love your sweetest little family more than you know. Plus getting lil Jack his own keys and getting all his hugs were my favorite parts! ❤️🏡

Dream clients are real… and the sweet Paschall fam is proof of that. 🫶🏻

Years ago, I had the privilege of teaching Ross. Then I got to help them buy their very first home. And now, I had the honor of helping them sell it. Plus got to know and to love me some Maddie in the meantime and lil Jack too. 🥰

When I say they were the perfect sellers, I mean it. They did their homework, listened to every recommendation, and prepped their home for the market like absolute angels. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and it paid off, the showings came flying in and all offers over asking when it wasn’t happening in the market!

This home was the perfect first chapter of their story. Now they’re onto an even bigger one, and I cannot wait to show you that beauty next, plus introduce you to the newest additions to their beautiful family.

There’s something incredibly special about watching a former student grow into an amazing adult, build a family, and trust me through life’s biggest milestones.
