Long day of showing’s

Before owning Sara I wasn’t aware of what the racing industry does to these amazing animals.

NOW, watching my horse slowly deteriorate due to way too much track time and abuse I want others to know. Sara is no longer allowed to go for hand walks, or any adventures after her last vet visit.

Majority of these animals don’t run the track, and then live their lives on green pastors with friends

They are sent to slaughter houses to be killed, or just left to rot away.
After making money for humans, due to pure greed!

So, keep that in mind the next time you want to watch a race, or bet on a horse. Think of the reality of what you yourself are doing.

Change happens slowly, and yes each one of us makes the “right” choice and it all adds up.
Rant over! I hope this has enlightened some people to the disgusting greed that occurs in this industry.

Yet throw in a hurricane….
I have come to learn that many sellers think it’s simply up to the listing agent to sell the property.
IT IS NOT!
💰🏡 We factor in the current market and economy in our listing price.
We depend on our seller’s to work with us on showing’s, and any pre inspection items we find out about the property…
These 2 seller’s worked hand and hand with me as a team, and we had a great buyer’s agent to work with along with a great roofing company, and our title company Dockside Title… to create a smooth closing! 😊🙌

Know who you are working with…
List your home with an agent local to our area.
I’ve spent days trying to gain access for my clients on a home they loved. I was told several different stories by 2 out of area agents who choose to list the home…
Finally they agree to a showing… then 15 minutes later respond with its “under contract” yet it still shows “active” on our MLS.
