Patience is a virtue! This beautiful home finally found its new owners 😃 The entire family is thrilled that this will be the home making new memories. Today was a long day with a three hour closing, but in the end everybody wins.

This closing was bittersweet because it was my son and daughter in laws first house. They fell in love here, came to this house as newlywed’s, brought their newborn home here and made many memories but the timing was right and the new house is so perfect for them. So many new memories will be made. Here’s to the end of one chapter and on to the next.

Being a real estate agent certainly has its perks, and today is one that makes my heart very happy !!  My son and daughter-in-law just closed on a beautiful house in Sawgrass Lakes in West Melbourne .  I am so excited and proud of them and can’t wait for them to make memories as a family here.
