Randy Neuman, born in Willemstad, Curaçao, moved to Melbourne, Florida at a very young age. He graduated from Florida Air Academy (High School) in 1996 and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Lynn University, Boca Raton, Florida.
