And honestly, I’m glad this one stuck around. 👍😁

Because apparently these were the same people putting carpet in bathrooms. 🤢🤮

So, you know… mixed results. I’ll take the basement bar. 😂🍻

A quick stop at a property I’m closing this week on Twin Lakes, and I had to pause for a minute. 🍂🍁

The trees are just starting to turn, there’s that little hint of fall in the air, and it’s a good reminder of how lucky I am to call Northern Michigan home. 🙏😊

I truly love where I live, and I love where I work. Getting to help people find their place in a community this beautiful never gets old. 🧡🏡

Fall in Northern Michigan… here we go. 🍁👍

Just another day being a full-time Northern Michigan Realtor… 😆😂

Caught this guy hunting along US-23 east of Cheboygan. He didn’t even mind me stopping to watch his little mission. 🦊👀

You just never know what you’re going to see when you’re out running around! 🏡👢

Hank, my very professional real estate assistant, is crossing the bridge with me today for showings in the U.P. 🐾🌉

He’s here to sniff out the best properties… and probably take a nap while I do the actual work. 😂🏡

This one is a little extra special. ❤️

When my daughter’s varsity volleyball coach, Coach Nicky, reached out and asked me to help her find a home, I was truly honored. She’s spent a lot of time coaching and encouraging my daughter, so I was more than happy to return the favor and coach her through the home buying process. 🏡

Life can be hard sometimes, and we all go through our seasons. I’m just really grateful she trusted me to help her through hers. 🫶

Congratulations, Coach Nicky! Welcome home to Indian River. 🏡 So happy for you! 😊
