Calling all Vacation Rental Host!
Letโs chat for a second about cleaning crews.
1. By far one of the most important items in the hospitality industry is cleanliness. We need to ensure all our guests walk into a clean and fresh home. That starts with sourcing out a cleaning crew that will service your home to your expectations.
2. Cleaning Crews are working around the clock to turn over your properties in a timely manner. Most of the time they only have a few hours to turn over a property and that my friends is no easy task!
3. Make sure you have a pre-turnover meeting with your crew so they understand what your expectations are on your property. Everyone has different expectations of cleanliness. Create a checklist prior to the meeting and make sure there is a copy in the storage room for them to reference for each turnover.
4. Communicate with your crew about any additional items you want them to look over during the turnover process. Please keep it within your crew's means. You donโt want to overload them. Keep there focused on cleanliness.
5. Cleaning crews will notify you of any apparent/noticeable damage but it is not their job to do quality maintenance check-in.
6. Hire a Home Watch & Concierge Company to best assist you with the turnover process!
With our services we work with our host to ensure turnovers are met to your expectations and that guests will have the most enjoyable experience for the duration of their stay.
