Each condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 6-8 persons, and has a private balcony with a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. Towels and bed linens are provided, Even a car is not essential because the Sun Coast Trolley will take you all the way from St. Pete Beach to Sand Key (Clearwater) daily with unlimited stops in-between for just one price! Heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, lounge chairs with tables on patio, private tennis court, barbecue gas grills. 24/7 professional property management. The rent varies from $1,000 to $2,500+ per week depending on the season and unit. Rent does not include a separate cleaning/rental insurance fee and the Florida sales/resort tax. Rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday. No smoking, some units will accept pets. Adults, families and children of all ages welcome. Credit cards welcome. Extended stays of 2 weeks or more welcome.
