Big Covered Balcony: high-table & 2 chairs, 2 lounge chairs with footstools & end table. Large Kitchen: fully-stocked, good cookware and all the essentials, 4 high chairs along its counter. A dining table seats 4. High-Speed WiFi. Beach towels and every home basic supplied. Dec 2019 upgrades: premium vinyl flooring all rooms, all new windows/screens & blinds. POOL heated for cool months. SUN DECK big: chairs, tables, recliners, gas grill. STORAGE BIN: beach chairs, recliner, umbrella, raft, kids' beach stuff. ENTRY after 4pm EST. DEPART around 10am.
