Our Policies
Minimum stay 1 week, Sat to Sat. Rates are plus $160 cleaning and 13% tax.
25% of the grand total to reserve. Balance, including departure fee is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. We gladly accept cashiers checks, VISA, MasterCard. Cancellation requires 60 days notice prior to arrival for full refund (less $200 service fee) and 30 days notice prior to arrival for 50% refund (less $200 service fee). Damage Insurance is required and provided. All payments must be made in US funds. Currency Converter
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00a.m. All persons under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian). Cribs or highchairs can be rented at $45.00/week. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
