Inventory of 102 was down 18.3% from 126 in June and down 14.2% from 120 in July 2025. New listing in July moved down to 16 from 24 in June.

Days on Market
At 104, July days on market was up from 87 in June and from 95b in July of 2025. Months of supply of 5.3 was down from 6.6 in June and from 5.9in July of 2025

June and down 7.0% from $750,000 in July of 2025. 3-month median price of $757,500 in July was down marginally from $865,000 in June but very slightly up from $755,000 in July of 2025.

SALES
There were 72 unit sales in July. This is down 20.9% from 91 in July
of 2025. Sales/list price ratio in July moved up to 96.9% from 90.1%
in June.

INVENTORY
Inventory of 401 in July was down 16.5% from 480 in June and down
30.9% from 580 in July of 2025. New listings in July moved up to 106 from 103 in June.

DAYS ON MARKET
Days on market of 73 in July was down marginally from 84 in June
and down from 74 in July of 2025. Months of supply of 4.4 in July was down slightly from 5.2 in June and down moderately from 6 in July of 2025.
