n has over 40 years of experience as a residential real estate brokerage executive. He served as President and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in San Diego. Before that Hoffman was one of the founders and President and COO of Coldwell Banker Associates Realty – which was, at the time, the third-largest Coldwell Banker franchise in the U.S. Additionally, he has served as President of the San Diego Association of Realtors and was a multi-year member of the Board of Directors of the California Association of Realtors where, for a time he served as chairman of their for-profit subsidiary, Real Estate Business Services (REBS). A California native, Hoffman is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. He holds the E-Pro designation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business Real Estate CEO series.
