I’m starting a newsletter! In this newsletter I will be discussing all things Arbor, but I’m using this first volume to reintroduce myself to my friends and realtor partners. It’s only once a month, so I want to do my best to not be annoying and to only provide helpful information, so I hope you’ll enjoy it!

Who wants a 3.49% interest rate?!

I have some great quick move in homes between Arbor/Silverthorne that qualify for this killer rate incentive for your buyers! There are more but thought I would post just a couple examples.

This rate incentive an FHA ARM Program we are running where you can put down as little as 3.5%. This is a 5/1 ARM, where the interest rate is locked in at 3.49% for the first 5 years of the loan. After that, the loan can go up or down by a max amount of 1% per year, up to a 5% increase (example: year 1-5= 3.49%, Year 6 max increase=4.49%, year 7 max increase 5.59%... If this pattern continued, the max amount the loan could reach would be 8.49%. But that would depend on market rates of course and I doubt we would see that high of an increase. I would also recommend to anyone to probably refi into a fixed rate loan after year 7 or so if they even plan to be in the home that long).

I also have fixed rate incentives but this is a great opportunity! BUYERS QUALIFY BASED ON THE 3.49% RATE! Which will give them wooo much more buying power!
