They make it quick & easy to get pre-approved, by applying online, and then using their mobile app for docs! 📱📝

They also will lock in your rate and guarantee it won’t go up during the entire process, and keep it there until you’re clear to close!📈🤝

🤌🏼Here's why that’s important: I had a client with a pre-approval letter from a bank, but complications cost her $210 when the closing got delayed, and she ended up having to pay $30 per day to keep her rate locked in. This is because banks have stricter guidelines they need to follow regardless of how the lender feels about the situation. If we didn't have such a short window to put an offer on a home, I would have gotten her pre-approved with a local lender. The complication that caused us to delay the closing was finding a leaking pipe a day before closing, during the final walkthrough! 🫠
Just shows you never know what can happen during the process, so it’s important to listen to your realtor when they suggest a local preferred lender, who doesn’t make little things like this add to the stress! 😊❤️🏠🔒
