July 2026 brought some striking shifts across Indianapolis’ most sought-after markets:
✨ Washington Township Luxury ($1M+): Average sales price surged 36% to $1.76M, while price per square foot jumped 46%. Even better? Homes sold 64% faster than last year.
🏡 Meridian Kessler: Average sales price climbed 29% to $713K, despite sales volume falling 38%.
💎 Butler-Tarkington: Average sales price soared 70% to $845K, with price per square foot up 19%.
📈 Carmel: Sales increased 19%, while the average sales price rose 15% to $751K — with less than one month of inventory.
