I am looking for individuals to drive around certain cities and locate "run-down" houses. I am an investor and constantly looking for homes to buy. You would be driving around and looking for run-down homes or homes that appear to be vacant and take note of them. I pay $1 per home - Normally you can find 20 homes an hour or more. In that case you'll make $20 an hour. I will also pay you $500 commision if I close on a home you find.
