City Bird will be joining The Stations at Fishers District! Opening 2022. is a new to market fast casual chicken tender concept from Thunderdome Restaurant Group. Operators of well-known restaurant concepts in Indy, The Eagle and Bakersfield.

Bailey enjoyed working with Brandon Borah at on the deal. Equivis is excited to help bring this concept to the market!

March Madness Begins in Indianapolis 🏀

History is in the making! No city has ever taken on hosting all 67 games for the , but Indy might just be made for this event. Instead of viewing this as a challenge, Indianapolis views the event as an opportunity.

The city estimates at least $100M economic impact and plans to welcome 3,000 players, coaches, and game staff, as well as thousands of fans over the course of the tournament. Games will include fans at a 25% capacity and safety precautions have been implemented throughout to keep teams and fans safe.

This will be huge for Indianapolis, local restaurants, and hotels around the area who have been hurt due to the pandemic. We can’t wait to see our city light up again!

Calling all Noblesville and Fishers prospects!

SR 37 construction to improve congestion through Fishers and Noblesville is underway. The effects of the project will be much like improvements made to Keystone Parkway in Carmel, where intersections of key cross streets are elevated or raised.

Planners consider 146th Street a “primary arterial” and even changed the design to a single point intersection to handle future traffic growth.
