Duties include but are not limited to:

• Windows
• Floors (sweep, mop, vacuum, shampoo)
• Baseboards
• Showers, toilets, vanities

• Kitchens, fridges

**Light painting and garbage removal needed occasionally**

Must be detail oriented, punctual, and dependable.
Have own transportation and a reliable phone.

We are looking for a full worker who can both do yard work, remodels, and property maintenance. That person needs to be reliable, self motivated, able to drive from job to job around the city, able to work with little supervision after trial period, and a good problem solver. This is a full time position with flexible hours and weekend work if desired. We are looking for workers for the Indianapolis and Anderson area. Ideal candidate applying needs at least basic skills in lawn care, tree trimming, residential maintenance, residential remodel knowledge, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Duties include concrete work, drywall, framing, doors, windows, gutters, plumping, light electrical, light maintenance/troubleshooting appliances/furnaces/hot water heaters, flooring, painting, carpentry/cabinets, fencing, and light yard work. Must have their own truck and basic tools. We are willing to train the right people but if you are not willing to get dirty, maybe this position is not for you. Pay will be discussed during interview.
