We’re looking for Northside members who want to get more involved, share their ideas, and help shape the future of our division. Whether you’re ready to take on a leadership role or simply want to lend your talents to the group, there’s a place for you!

Elected Executive Council Positions

Chair
Leads the Northside Executive Council, keeps the division moving forward, and helps ensure our goals and initiatives stay on track throughout the year.

Vice Chair
Supports the Chair in leading the division and helps coordinate and carry out Northside initiatives throughout the year.

Secretary
Records meeting minutes, tracks attendance, and assists with special initiatives and administrative needs throughout the year.

More opportunities to serve!

Programs
Help shape future Northside meetings by bringing fresh ideas, relevant topics, and engaging speakers to the table. We’re always looking for members who can help us create programs that are useful, interesting, and valuable to our membership.

Sponsorship
Help build and maintain relationships with our sponsors and support sponsorship opportunities throughout the year. This is also a great way to get involved without taking on a major leadership role, while potentially preparing to take on the Sponsorship role in the future.

Communications
Help keep Northside members informed and engaged through emails, announcements, and other communications. Join the committee to lend a hand—or get involved with the goal of taking on a larger communications role in a future year.

Social Media Manager
Help Northside expand its online presence and engagement, with a primary focus on Facebook. Bring your ideas for how we can connect with members, highlight our division, and potentially expand our presence to additional platforms.

REmarkable / Membership
Help identify and recognize remarkable Northside members for their contributions to the real estate community. This role also keeps a pulse on membership trends, feedback, and what our members want and need from Northside.

Social
Help plan quarterly social events that bring Northside members together for fun, fellowship, and fundraising. This role helps create opportunities for members to connect outside of regular division meetings.

Not Ready for a Leadership Role?

That’s okay! Helping one of the current chairs or joining a committee is a great way to get involved, meet other Northside members, share your ideas, and see where your talents can make an impact—without committing to a major leadership position.

Want to get more involved with Northside MIBOR? Come join us!

We’re looking for Northside members who want to lend their time, talents, and ideas to help our division continue to grow.

There are several ways to get involved:

- Secretary
- Social Media Manager
- Programs Committee
- Sponsorship Committee
- Communications Committee

You don’t have to have all the answers—or a ton of leadership experience. If you’ve been thinking about getting more involved in your division, meeting other industry partners, giving back to our community, or simply helping make Northside even better, we’d love to hear from you.

We know volunteering takes time, and we’re incredibly grateful for the members who are willing to give theirs.

Northside MIBOR is inviting you to a Killer Good time!! Help us raise funds for the Pathway to Recovery organization

Theme: Mullets, Mayhem and Murder - A Murder Mystery Party

Tuesday July 14th, Check in at 5:30 - Murder starts at 6pm

Location: DR Horton, 3665 Priority Way S Dr

Grab your lawn chairs, crack open a cold one, and put on your best cut-off jeans bc things are about to get mysterious! One of our neighbors has met an untimely end and it’s up to YOU to figure out whodunit!

Expect drama, secrets, and plenty of laughs as you mingle with fellow residents, uncover clues, and solve the crime!

Costumes are highly encouraged- mullets, leopard print, plenty of bling!

Seats are limited, git’em before they’re gone!

Synopsis:

Henpecked Junction is a small, charming town chock full of the best trailer parks with the most offbeat, neighborly, and, well, troublemaking residents. The festival planners have spewed blood, sweat, and bacon grease to make this year's Mullet Fest the most extraordinary jubilee ever thrown in the town square. Everyone's chompin' at the bit to party this year, as Henpecked Junction recently received national recognition for bringing home a record number of winnin' titles, such as the Mullet of the Year Award, Muds & Suds Truck Race, Rompin', Stompin' Hot Dog Chomp - and the list goes on. But the mayor's feelin' like a long-tailed cat in a room of rockin' chairs about how the townies will behave. Last year, the festival had to shut down b'fore sundown due to excessive table divin', portable potty vandalism, among other wrongdoings. So hopefully, everyone will be on their best behavior. Well, hmm, that bar ain't too high, if ya know what I'm sayin.' But can't never could do nothing, so the show will go on as planned.
