The weather outside is less frightful. The Open House will be delightful. Come check out this great house in Perry Township on Sunday from 2-4:00. No Colts game to hold you back. We aren't expecting 6 inches of snow. You don't really want to go to the mall or Total Wine the weekend before Christmas anyway. What a GREAT closing today. So many of my worlds came together to finish this one off with my first time homebuyers. I met Jacob working in the athletic dept at Butler, and I got there after working with my client Wes and his wife. I introduced Jacob and Abigail to my lender/podcast buddy, Brad Niccum, to help them get their lending locked down. I found this house listed by my colleague, Christina Bianca Mcclimon, from Daniels Real Estate. Then we closed thanks to the wonderful team at Denali Title, Lauren Davis and Heather Wright. What a great day!!
