Helped my client sell this amazing Carmel, IN property in just 6 days despite all of the market experts saying it would take at least a month due to the price! The numbers didn't add up to the analysis, and I'm thankful that my client trusted me throughout the process!! Special thanks to photographer and interior designer !!

It was a great honor and privilege to serve my client in the selling of his home. Many memories were made in this home and it was difficult for both my client and I see it sold. I learned a lot during this transaction surrounding resilience, standing on what is right instead of just what is the right thing, and perseverance.

The selling of this home went to a household of 3 generations that were excited to finally have an asset that would belong to their future generations to come!

This was another AWESOME experience! This house had several offers within 12 hours of being listed well above listing price! My seller clients did all the work as they took their time getting this house show and move in ready...they did ALL of the work to get this sold!

What moved me was that the Seller's stated that they did not want to sell to an investor and they stuck to their WORD even when these investors offered much higher than those looking to buy for their families. These Seller's put their neighbors and what they believed was right ABOVE the price tag! These type of experiences are what I decided to get in this business for!!

Congrats to The Johnson's on the sale of their home AND the accepted offer on their soon to be new home in the highly competitive real estate market of Hamilton County!

This particular transaction is the reason I decided to get into this business to help people! It was a Super Win and exceeded expectations for my Seller client and a win also for the buyer dealing with the current state of the market.

All parties involved from the title company to the appraiser stated they've never seen a deal constructed like this!! This is from a group with over 100 years of combined real estate experience! Looking forward to closing! My seller client is excited!!
