Entering their homeownership & parenthood era all within the same month…now who would do that (we closed on our house 3 weeks after Auggie was born)?!

When we first had coffee to talk through the process of buying a home, they were nervous about how the timing would work out as well as where in Indy they wanted to live. We saw our options from Broad Ripple to Fishers and determined a timeline that would work for them. Now fast forward just a few months after their search began and Hannah and Carter are owners of this gorgeously renovated sprawling ranch with plenty of room for their growing family. Welcome home!🤍

We bought our first home a month ago and I recently had a conversation with a first time homebuyer & expressed to her that you can feel overwhelmed and excited all at the same time! I know all the emotions that come along with this process. My goal while guiding anyone through the home buying journey is that they feel prepared, confident in their decisions, and excited for this huge life changing experience!
