Let’s ponder this…
Yes, rates are high (mid 7%’s), but WHAT IF you were able to save THOUSANDS on closing costs, repairs paid by by seller or a reduction in the sales price? Do you think that it’s POSSIBLE that rates will go down at some point and you can refinance? You can possibly renogiate the interest rate (refinance) but once the transaction is done, you can’t
‘Re-do’ any part of the sales price/transaction. It is a BUYERS market right now with houses staying on the market much longer than a year ago. In many cases, buyers have leverage. Does it make sense to allow a temporary number (interest rate) to affect what the bigger picture looks like? Think about it and CALL ME to discuss what makes sense for you.
