6 homes closed in April ✨

April closings included first homes, next homes, an investment property, and a relocation. Lots of different stories and big transitions happening all at once, which is one of our favorite parts of this work.

There were inspections, negotiations, moving timelines, strategy sessions, happy tears, and lots of keys exchanged along the way 🏡
