Three closings. Three different stories. Three new chapters.

In Forest Hills, Melissa’s move-up buyers closed on a historic home full of not only character & craftsmanship but also updates! This one will always be extra special because they went under contract on Melissa’s wedding day; while she was getting ready to say “I do”, her clients were saying yes to their next home.

In Carmel, our first-time buyers found the home they didn’t even know they were looking for. Carmel wasn’t originally on their radar, but this one checked every box and then some. Now they’re officially homeowners. 🏡

July was a beautiful month, in every sense ♥️

8️⃣ closings during Melissa Stuttle | Indianapolis Realtor wedding month! With Melissa as the bride and Paula as mother of the bride, the two of them were closing homes side by side, right in the middle of all the celebrating.
