LT Property Management is looking for a skilled On-site Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our Northwest side properties in Indianapolis!
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, dependable team player with strong people skills and hands-on maintenance experience.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Basic knowledge of residential construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
✅ Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs
✅ Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and excellent safety habits
✅ Willingness to handle night/weekend on-call duties
✅ Ability to lift 80–100 lbs. and stand for extended periods
✅ Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and hand tools
Experience:
2+ years as a Maintenance Technician
HVAC Certification, Universal, or CPO preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
💲 $18.00–$23.00/hour (based on experience)

📅 Full-time position, bi-weekly or twice-monthly pay
Responsibilities include:
Completing resident service requests promptly (within 24 hours when possible)
Performing preventative maintenance and unit turnovers
Assisting in emergencies and maintaining OSHA compliance
