Thank you to everyone for all the the calls, texts, posts; gifts, cards, money; lunches and dinners. I have fully enjoyed my birthday month. It’s not over I have 2 weekends left to celebrate.
I can truly say Chapter 46 is going to be one the best chapters in my book. Thanking God for another year!

Realtors hope it will be easier to buy a house in 2024. It can't get much harder: last year was one of the slowest on record thanks to high mortgage rates coupled with a housing shortage.
