My latest review from such a fun client! We had some challenges that needed fast and strategic action 🎬 to get her out from under contract with a builder during the building process into the perfect home 🏠❤️ for her. She wasn’t happy with the building process and then a home came up for sale that was just perfect for her, so she asked me how to get out of the new construction contract super fast so she could make an offer on the other home. It took dedicated effort 💪, timing ⏰, follow-up ✅ and persistence 💯 to get the mutual release approved by the builder (on a Saturday) in order for her to be able to submit a prevailing offer over multiple offers on the house of her dreams. But we made it happen and she is over the moon happy! I love it!🩷 Congratulation Nicole! 🎉🥂Thank you for placing your trust in me to guide you through all of this and get you to the finish line! 🏁

Okay, I’m officially emotional. Grab the tissues, because this one hits way different. 😭❤️

This isn’t just any client closing day. This is the daughter of one of my longest, closest friends. I have literally watched this girl grow up from a sweet little toddler running around into this confident, responsible, absolutely brilliant, and beautiful young woman. And now? SHE IS A HOMEOWNER! 🥳
