We snuck in and stole this one!!! Congratulations to my super sweet clients from Pittsburgh on the acceptance of thier offer on this incredible home! With another offer on the table, we had to be strategic and timely and their offer was accepted right away! I'm so excited for them! We looked at over 20 homes over 2 weekends and THIS IS THE ONE! A huge congratulations to my client on closing on the sale of her home today! She followed all of my advice and strategies and was able to receive multiple offers and accept an offer over list price within 10 hours! While that part was amazing, the journey to the closing table was riddled with the challenges due to other outside sources, but my client didn’t incredible job, and we worked together to get to the closing table and get her the check that she deserves!

ASKING FOR PRAYERS! 🙏 My best friend since high school and her mom’s house burnt down last night due to a drunk driver hitting their home & caught on fire.
They lost everything…family photos, memorabilia and so much more. Luckily they are alive and healthy. They are in need of a rental home while they await the rebuilding of their home…a minimum of 6 months. WOW! This one made my head spin! Hit the market at approximately 9:30 AM...had multiple showings...had multiple offers...and my client accepted an offer...ALL IN LESS THAN 12 HOURS! WHY??? Because my client did an amazing job listening to my professional advice about how to prepare her home to help facilitate the best price and terms possible. She made the updates needed. She listened to and trusted my 30 years of real estate experience, including residential real estate appraising experience, which enabled her to choose to price her home at the top of the value range without placing herself in danger of being overpriced or the appraised value coming in short. She carefully weighed the offers received and chose the offer that checked all of her boxes, including over list price! Congratulations Jennifer! I'm so happy for you!!!
