The air conditioner wasn't holding temperature on the inside. So without hesitation I got a HVAC specialist over to the house. 3 pounds of R22 and 1 brand new capacitor later, we now have ICE 🧊 cold air. Now we can get back to work on the inside without passing out.

This home sat unoccupied for 1½ years and in that amount of time the plumbing has taken a major hit. Once we turned the water in the house we discovered pipes busted in the walls and ceiling. I even realized that the copper lines were stolen off of the water heater months before.

What your are witnessing is the result of frozen water pipes and lack of a timely winterized house. It will turn your house into "Waterworld" 🌊
