What a day! Our annual Branch Group Boo Bash was one for the books!

Nathan Inskeep and I teamed up again today welcoming more than 175 of our clients to Stuckey Farms for a perfect fall day filled with apple and pumpkin picking, corn mazes, flowers, pig races, hayrides, and plenty of laughs! We even had a professional photographer capturing portraits that I can’t wait to gift to everyone.

I’ve always believed that the relationship doesn’t end at the closing table. When you work with me, you become part of The Branch Group family. That means events throughout the year, staying connected, and friendships that last a lifetime.

Today was just one small way for me to give back and say THANK YOU for your trust, support, and referrals. Getting to be part of your lives long after the sale is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

My team and I love partnering with Zach Sheppard with Zach Sheppard-Onyx Lending Group not only by providing superb home buying and lending services on a professional setting but in moments like today when we get to step out of our offices and into the fun!

How have we lived in Indy this long and never been here?! 🍅

Yesterday, Marcus and I were on our way to meet clients and decided to make our first stop at The Famous Tomato in Speedway!

What a cool little hidden gem! Fresh produce, old-fashioned sodas, candy, hot sauces, and a whole lot of nostalgia. This place is so much more than tomatoes!

I love discovering unique local businesses, especially ones with so much history and character.

From ZERO to an OFFER in less than 60 minutes… and ACCEPTED a few hours later! 🏡🔥

Well, this was a first, even for me!

Saturday night I was at the Symphony with Terry when I got a message from clients I hadn’t heard from in over a year. They wanted to see a house, so I got it scheduled for Sunday morning.

We walked in and they fell in love! They could see themselves growing old in this house with their family. Only one problem. There was already another offer, and the deadline was NOON!

So we got to work! We literally sat right there in the house, ran numbers, talked through options, made decisions, got financing lined up and submitted an offer. All in less than 60 minutes!

Meanwhile, I was communicating with the listing agent multiple times, asking questions and doing everything I could to position my buyers for success.

A few hours later… BOOM! ACCEPTED OFFER! 🎉

I’ve been in real estate for 20 years, and even for me, this was a first! It was a challenge, and I loved every minute of it!

And I have to give a big thank you to my teammate Nathan and the incredible support system behind me. Having people who jump into action when I need them is what allows me to do my job anytime, anywhere. I couldn’t do it without them!

Best of all, my clients got the house they can see themselves growing old in, and that makes it all worth it!
