Got this Indy beauty off our hands a few weeks ago & boy does it feel good! 🖊️🏁 This project was a headache but we made it to the finish line!💪🏾💪🏾 We purchased this property at 185K our budget was 130k. From all the REWORK we had to do from negligence we went over budget by about 15K 🤦🏽‍♂️ & had to drop the price by 30K due to some issues.
