Good News! There are more homes on the market across Marion County than there were a year ago, giving buyers more options to choose from. In May, inventory was up 25%, and 1,649 new listings hit the market.

Meanwhile, the 46220 area remains one of Indianapolis' most active markets. Home sales increased 18% compared to last year, pending sales were up 19%, and homes went under contract in a median of just 7 days.

๐Ÿก What does that mean? While buyers have more choices overall, well-priced homes in desirable neighborhoods like Broad Ripple, Allisonville, and Washington Township are still moving quickly.
