Excited to share the latest progress at Slate Springdale, our newest development in the North Cincinnati market. Located just down the road from Array at Springdale, Slate Springdale continues to make significant strides toward completion. Interior finishes are actively underway, and exterior construction is entering the final stages as the vision for this community becomes reality.

The photos in this post showcase the progress happening on-site today. We've also included several AI-generated concept images to help illustrate the future experience of the community. While these visualizations are not exact representations of the final product, they provide an exciting glimpse into what's ahead.

A special thank you to our construction team and project partners for their dedication and craftsmanship throughout the development process. We're also proud to partner with O+E, whose townhome product will add another dynamic housing option within the community.

This , we’re hiring a Senior/Project Manager in Kansas City.

In this role, you’ll lead projects from kickoff through completion, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, buyout, and overall delivery while collaborating with Superintendents, Owners, Designers, Engineers, and trade partners to keep projects moving forward.

You’ll also manage project documentation, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting throughout the construction process.

As Indy 500 weekend wraps up and May comes to a close, we’re recapping our very own Milhaus 500. The trikes may not have set any speed records, but there was no shortage of friendly competition, steady laps, and plenty of laughs along the way. Big shoutout to Jared, Owen, and Lukas for taking the win, and to everyone who raced, spectated, and brought the energy from start to finish.

Yesterday, Team Milhaus hit the streets for the Indy Handlebar Hot Lap in celebration of the Indy 500, hosted by the Downtown Indy Alliance! 🏁🚲

Our team completed a lap around Monument Circle with an incredible crew representing several departments, plus an amazing cheering squad bringing the energy along the way. There’s nothing quite like May in downtown Indy, and we’re grateful to be located right in the heart of all the excitement.
