Milhaus is hiring a Senior Property Accountant to support the financial performance of properties across our management portfolio.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the accounting for assigned properties, working closely with Milhaus Management, onsite teams, and internal partners to deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reporting.

What you’ll do:

• Review and analyze general ledgers and financial statements
• Ensure revenue and expenses are recorded accurately
• Prepare journal entries and monthly financial packages
• Complete balance sheet account reconciliations
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Maintain strong accounting controls and procedures

We’re looking for someone with strong accounting knowledge, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly and confidently.

Earlier this week, took a midweek break to enjoy some Dairy Queen treats together. It was the perfect excuse to step outside, connect with coworkers, and wrap up a random Wednesday with plenty of smiles.

A huge shoutout to Brandon from our Accounting team for helping make this happen through one of his local connections. What a fantastic culture initiative! After all, who can pass up ice cream? 🍨
