In this role, you’ll work alongside our Project Managers and Superintendents to support projects from pre-construction through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, bidding, buyout, and project delivery.

This beautiful community in the heart of Broad Ripple is the result of an incredible vision brought to life by our talented development and construction teams. Every detail, from the modern apartment homes to the inviting community spaces, reflects the hard work and care that went into creating something truly special.

Pictures were scarce, but there was no shortage of fun! Our Indy HQ team recently spent the afternoon exploring Indianapolis with a scavenger hunt. It was also our first opportunity to have some fun with a few of our new counterparts from SRG and Broadshore!

We wrapped up the day with a killer charcuterie board and Kona Ice, which, if you ask us, is the perfect way to celebrate the end of summer.

Most importantly, this outing gave us another opportunity to celebrate our people. Milhaus has experienced significant growth in a short amount of time, and our teams have continued to embrace new challenges with dedication, flexibility, and enthusiasm. We are incredibly grateful for everything they contribute and for moments like these that allow us to reconnect, reflect, and have fun.

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to support our Project Managers and Superintendents in delivering high-quality construction projects safely, on time, and on budget.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across both the field and office—coordinating with project teams and trade partners, managing RFIs and submittals in Procore, tracking materials and procurement, supporting inspections and meetings, and helping keep projects moving from start to finish.

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. New Grads are welcome to apply!
