We’re happier than a horse with a fresh bale of hay for our recent success story … Meet Rodney! We met Rodney looking for a home both for himself and his 3 horses. Rodney is one of the recent relocation stories you keep hearing about near the LEAP area here in Indiana.

Ideally, he needed a few acres to fence off for pastures, shelter for his horses and a place to store hay, while the roof over his head seemed less important. He called us to see a place with a few acres, a pretty nice house and a barn that needed way too much work. That was not the best fit for his needs so we created a custom search for him, made sure he had his lending in place and patiently waited for the right place.

We found 5 acres and a beautiful, well-maintained home built in 1900 with a couple of great barns! He was also lucky that the homeowner was willing to wait on the closing of his LEAP property while they looked for new housing too. The seller was equally excited to hear that Rodney would be keeping the property as a farm! In fact, he plans to add other animals now that he has the perfect place!
